If this sounds familiar

Four ways work piles up in small teams. Most have at least two.

No clear overview

It is hard to see what is happening across teams and projects, so people ask around or wait for the next meeting.

Too much manual work

The team spends hours on repetitive updates, emails, and copying information from one place to another.

Things get lost

Information is spread across spreadsheets and email threads, and nobody is sure where the current version is.

Processes no longer fit

The way of working was set up for a smaller team and has not kept up with the daily reality.

The audit finds which of these costs you the most, and in what order to fix them.

From scattered to sorted, in four steps

We work with small teams of 3 to 40 people, where getting one system right takes a lot of manual work off the team. The goal is operations that run cleanly, owned by your team and not tied to a consultant on retainer. Every engagement is a single project at a fixed price agreed up front, with no monthly fees, so you always know where the work is and what it costs.

STEP 01

Where you are

A free call to meet, talk through your problems and see whether we are a fit.

STEP 02

Process audit

A close look at how work actually moves: who does what, where it waits, and what that costs. You come away seeing exactly where the time goes and what to fix first, written down and yours to keep.

STEP 03

Custom build

Custom tools and automations that close the gaps the audit found, built wherever possible on systems your team can run and change yourselves, so you are not left paying a day rate to move a button. You own the accounts and the documentation outright, with no monthly fee, and where it lets you drop subscriptions, your running costs go down.

STEP 04

Handover

You finish with operations that run the way they should, and a wiki to keep them that way: how everything works now, and how to look after anything we built. Nobody is left depending on a consultant, or on the one person who knew how it all worked.

See it for yourself

Rather than describe the work, we let you click into it. Each project is a real system, shown as a live demo running on sample data.

Common questions

The things people usually want to know before the first call.

What kind of things do you build?

Whatever closes the gaps the audit finds: dashboards and internal tools that pull scattered information into one place, automations that handle routine updates, and connections between the systems you already run. Where it helps, that includes pulling in figures from outside services too (for example, ticket sales from your ticketing platform), so they sit alongside everything else instead of being checked separately. The point is to fit how your team works, not to drop a generic template on top of it.

Will we need a developer to look after it?

No. Wherever it is possible we build on systems your team can run and change without writing code, and you finish with a wiki covering how everything works. You own the accounts and the documentation, so nothing depends on us, or on one person who happens to be technical.

What if something breaks after handover?

Everything we build is guaranteed for 90 days, so if anything is not working the way it should, we put it right at no cost. After that we stay reachable and handle fixes as a small piece of work, never a retainer. Most things that come up later are a tool you rely on changing at its end rather than the build itself, which sits outside the guarantee, but we sort those when they happen.

Are we tied to you after the project?

No. There is no retainer and nothing to subscribe to. We check in once a year, free, to see how things are running and what might be worth doing next, and anything that comes out of that is a new project you can take or leave.

Can we keep the tools we already use?

Usually, yes. Where something already works for you, we build around it and connect it in rather than replacing it. We only suggest dropping a tool when it is costing you money or duplicating something else, and that is your call.

What does it cost?

Every project is a fixed price, agreed before it starts, with nothing monthly on top. The audit is a set fee, and any build that follows is quoted once we both know what it involves, so there are no open-ended bills.

Is it worth a call?

Four quick questions.
